http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2012/01/the-best-chicken-enchilada-soup.html- I saw this recipe posted a while ago, but didn't make it because of the picture. When the blogger said it was her favorite of the month, I decided to try it and am SO glad I did. Seriously in my top 3 soup recipes!

I liked the twist of adding the lemony marinade to the sauce.. it was a little bit different flavor of curry. I only used 1/3 of the salt called for in the recipe and it was just fine
